Implementation of Social Cognitive Theory and Autonomous Learning Approaches to Improve Students Learning Outcomes Ludfi Djajanto, Indrayati, Widi Dwi Ernawati

Abstract
The implementation of education using online learning facilities is very much needed in era of industrial revolution 4.0. Currently, especially for learning Organizational Behavior at the State Polytechnic of Malang, fully using online learning using the LMS Moodle platform, but the average online learning used is still simple and only in the form of providing material without interaction with students which causes low student learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the implementation of Social Cognitive Theory and Autonomous Learning approaches to improve student learning outcomes. This research is classroom action research and uses purposive sampling with the sample used is 114 students who take courses in Organizational Behavior at the Department of Accounting, State Polytechnic of Malang. The results showed that there was a significant difference between ordinary online learning and online learning with Social Cognitive Theory and Autonomous Learning approaches. The results of hypothesis testing prove that the implementation of Social Cognitive Theory and Autonomous Learning approaches has a positive and significant effect on increasing students learning outcomes in the Organizational Behavior course.
